At BYYME, we operate as a multi-vendor marketplace. Return, replacement, and refund eligibility varies depending on the return policy selected by the individual seller. Customers are requested to review the return eligibility displayed on the product page before placing an order.
1. Seller Return Policy
Every seller on BYYME has the option to decide whether a product can be returned.
- If the seller has enabled returns, customers may raise a return request within the specified return period.
- If the seller has marked the product as Non-Returnable, the product cannot be returned after delivery unless required by applicable law.
- The return eligibility is always shown on the respective product page before purchase.
2. Conditions for Returns
- Product must be unused and in its original condition.
- Original tags, labels, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and packaging must be intact.
- Products showing signs of use, washing, damage, or alteration may be rejected.
- The seller reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving the refund.
3. Return Verification Video (Mandatory)
To ensure a fair return process for both customers and sellers, BYYME requires a complete unedited video while requesting a return for eligible products.
- The video should clearly show the product from all sides.
- The video should capture any damage, defects, or incorrect item received.
- The video should begin before opening the package whenever possible.
- Edited, cut, or incomplete videos may result in rejection of the return request.
- Sellers may request additional information before approving a return.
4. Custom Tailored Products
Products customized using customer-provided measurements are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.
Returns may only be accepted if the seller determines that the product received is damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.
5. Refund Process
Once the seller receives and verifies the returned product, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds are issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
- Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the seller approves otherwise.
6. BYYME's Role
BYYME provides the technology platform that enables customers and sellers to connect.
Return approvals, product inspections, and final refund decisions are made by the respective seller in accordance with their return policy and applicable laws.
BYYME facilitates the return request process but does not guarantee that every return request will be approved.
