1. About BYYME

BYYME is a multi-vendor marketplace that enables customers to purchase products from independent sellers. Certain products may also offer custom tailoring or personalization services.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information while creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities performed using your account.
• BYYME may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Orders

• All orders are subject to seller acceptance and product availability.
• After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation.
• BYYME reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Applicable taxes will be charged where required.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
• BYYME does not store your debit card, credit card, UPI PIN, or CVV information.

5. Custom Tailoring

• Custom tailoring is available only for eligible products.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate body measurements.
• BYYME and the seller are not responsible for fitting issues caused by incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
• Customized products may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

6. Marketplace Sellers

Products listed on BYYME may be sold by independent sellers. Sellers are responsible for product quality, descriptions, pricing, availability, and fulfillment. BYYME acts as a technology platform connecting buyers and sellers.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Eligibility may vary depending on the product category and seller.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on BYYME, including logos, trademarks, images, graphics, text, and software, is owned by or licensed to BYYME and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Prohibited Activities

• Providing false information.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform.
• Using automated bots or scraping tools.
• Violating applicable laws.
• Uploading harmful or malicious content.

10. Limitation of Liability

BYYME shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.

11. Changes to Terms

BYYME reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with the revised effective date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.
